I’m Tyreeq Sanders, Founder of Zen Warrior
Growing up, I was always a small and shy kid. Being quiet and reserved, I often felt overlooked. But I was always deep in thought, trying not only to understand myself, but also those around me. I went on a mission to find the power that burned deep within me, to unleash the warrior I had been searching for.
At just 8 years old, my father took me to the gym for the first time. I still remember how it felt to move that weight. It was like I was exactly where I belonged.
As I got older, I remained deep in thought, but now with a new outlook. I fell into meditation, seeking to gain a deeper understanding of myself. For me, being strong was never just about the physical. It was also about the mental, taking care of not only our bodies but also our minds.
I realized that the key is balance, something we so easily neglect. Because true power lives in that balance
That’s what Zen Warrior is all about. It’s a lifestyle. It’s not just about training, it’s about aligning your mind, body, and spirit. I wanted to create a space where people could come in and release whatever they feel is holding them back, to feel free within our time working together. And with each session you leave, you feel not just physically stronger, but mentally refreshed.
